There are two communities in Bay Hill Estates, each having their own homeowners association. This website is for Phase 1, Bay Hill Estates — the original community.

Bay Hill Estates is a still-growing gated community of approximately 250 beautiful single-family homes on 1-acre lots. Palm Beach County's most popular shopping, dining areas, and beaches are less than 30 minutes away.

Bay Hill Estates provides a quiet and pleasant environment with walking paths along flowing canals and lakes. The community offers low POA fees which include cable TV and internet, 24-hour staffed security entrance, and maintenance of the common grounds.

A resident of Bay Hill Estates may register and log in to access all pages in the Residents information area. Preserve residents may register and access the pages that are important to both communities.

Our property address (gatehouse) is: 9100 Bay Hill Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33412. You may need to use Stonewal Drive — the previous name — if you do a web search for the location. Bay Hill Estates was once named Stonewal Estates.

Bay Hill Estates

The Preserve at Bay Hill Estates is an independent community with 194 home sites on ½-acre lots. It has its own property manager and its own separate website.

Our Declaration considers the Preserve a sub-association and a full member of the Bay Hill Estates master association. In 2014, GL Homes worked out an agreement with Bay Hill Estates that strictly defines how the two associations operate:

  • The two associations independently manage the limited common property in each community.
  • Bay Hill Estates is responsible for managing the general common property — essentially Bay Hill Drive, security facilities, and community access control.
  • Bay Hill Estates independently sets the budget for general common property expenses.
  • The Preserve pays 39.5% of the cost for general common property expenses, determined by the relative number of lots in each community.
